Cunningham Technique Developed 5.



0.02-Toes pointed, need to make sure I stay pulled up.
0.07- I need to make sure I dont sink into my hip, and keep my center of gravity.
0.19-Toes are pointed, need to make sure I stay central.
0.27-Need to make sure I work my foot through the floor.
0.30-Need to pull my legs together so there are no gaps.
0.33-Make sure I get the steps right.
0.39-Lifted my leg too high.
0.44-Forgot to plie.

FOCUS POINTS:
-Make sure feet work through the floor
-Keep pulled up
-Make sure I keep my center of gravity, dont sink into your hips
-Pull legs back together
-Make sure toes are pointed fully

Cunningham Technique Developed 4.



0.03- Foot is pointed, could extend leg more, and pull up.
0.29- Kept balance well.
1.08- Forgot steps, need to make sure i know the exercises fully.
1.13- Ronde de jambe, need to bend supporting leg more to make more significant movement.
1.16- Keep toes pointed when jumping.
1.20- Make sure to remember steps, practice steps.
1.29- Need to keep my balance.
1.36- Needf to stay focused.

FOCUS POINTS:
- Remeber steps.
- Stay focused.
- Keep your balance.
- Make sure legs and toes are fully extended.
- Keep pulled up.
- Keep stomach tucked in.

0.03- Need to tilt head back further, to show a higher energy release.
0.03- Good plie.
0.20- Need to make sure my arms are extended, and i'm twisting my body fully.
0.40- Curve head more, try to deepen plie.
0.42- Deepen plie, tilt head back more.
1.00- Keep back straight when doing plie, don't stick bum out.
1.09- Make my 2nd position wider to ensure a better plie.
1.19- I kept my back straight whilst bouncing.
1.27- Need to keep balance when lifting feet.
1.35- Hold a strong position.

FOCUS POINTS:
- Stay focused.
- Make sure plies are correct.
- Extend arms.
- Make sure head is always alligned.
- Back stays straight when doing plies.
- Bounces are strong.
- Keep balanced.

0.01- Need to drop head to make a better 'arch' in my back.
0.03- Need to improve my flat back, lower it.
0.32- Extend arms more, need more power.
0.37- Need to twist more, turn more to the back.
0.39- Make leg higher (to make a right angle), stengthen arms.

FOCUS POINTS:
- Make sure to use the Arch, Curve, Twist elements of Cunningham.
- Stay in time.
- Make sure arms are always fully extended.
- Legs stay strong.

0.02- Pulled up, stomach tucked in, pointed toes. Legs are extended to my maximum.
0.13- Need to make sure my feet brush through the floor and are always working.
0.14- Leg and foot could be extended more, need to stay pulled up.
0.22- Deepen plie.
0.24- I need to try and pull my legs together, and stay pulled up.

FOCUS POINTS:
- Stay pulled up.
- Keep stomach tucked in.
- Keep balance.
- Make smooth transitions when changing legs.
- Feet need to be pointed.
- Legs extended.
- Make sure plie is deep.

Cunningham Duets



We had to make duets to put in our Cunningham dance, using the different Cunningham techniques, Arch, Tilt , Twist and Curve. I worked with Joe, Chloe and Ellouise worked together, Shannon and Rey worked together and Becky and Cheryl worked together. We choreographed these duets ourselves in about 15minutes, we need to change them and edit them but these are our first real attempt of choreographing in our A-Level class.

Focus Point:
-Keep bum tucked in
-Make sure you keep balanced
-Keep pulled up

0.02- I need a deeper plie, and a better high release of energy.
0.05- Need to make sure my bum is tucked in when doing my plies.
0.08- Make sure i keep my stomach pulled in when rotating.
0.20- Try and pull legs together more when rotating.
0.29- Make sure i learn the exercise properlky and perform it accurately.
0.35- Deeper plie.
0.57- Keep bum tucked in and try to deepen plie so i gain more out of it.
1.12- Get deeper in bounces
1.16- I kept my bum tucked in when doing my bounces.
1.28- Keep balance when lifting feet.
1.32- Try and hold the position strongly.
