Cunningham Technique Developed.



0.02- Pulled up, stomach tucked in, pointed toes. Legs are extended to my maximum.
0.13- Need to make sure my feet brush through the floor and are always working.
0.14- Leg and foot could be extended more, need to stay pulled up.
0.22- Deepen plie.
0.24- I need to try and pull my legs together, and stay pulled up.

FOCUS POINTS:
- Stay pulled up.
- Keep stomach tucked in.
- Keep balance.
- Make smooth transitions when changing legs.
- Feet need to be pointed.
- Legs extended.
- Make sure plie is deep.
