Cunningham Technique Developed 5.
0.02-Toes pointed, need to make sure I stay pulled up.
0.07- I need to make sure I dont sink into my hip, and keep my center of gravity.
0.19-Toes are pointed, need to make sure I stay central.
0.27-Need to make sure I work my foot through the floor.
0.30-Need to pull my legs together so there are no gaps.
0.33-Make sure I get the steps right.
0.39-Lifted my leg too high.
0.44-Forgot to plie.
FOCUS POINTS:
-Make sure feet work through the floor
-Keep pulled up
-Make sure I keep my center of gravity, dont sink into your hips
-Pull legs back together
-Make sure toes are pointed fully
